Individual hypnotherapy sessions are designed to address your
specific concerns. Through our collaborative and supportive approach the aim is to empower YOU to
create positive and lasting changes in your life. Targeted support for your unique needs.
Our
first session focuses on the why of what brought you to me in the first place. We will briefly go
over information given in your intake form and highlight areas of importance for you to build a
blueprint of what your goal is and how many sessions it will take to achieve this result. Some need
more sessions, some need less, it is individual to you, and is flexible depending upon how you are
feeling with your growth in sessions. After we have clarified this, we will do your first
hypnotherapy session, and allow your subconscious to release, relax and be heard. Any ideas from
your subconscious will be recorded for you to take with you when you go to help keep you on the path
your subconscious has started to create lasting changes.
During these sessions we continue to build on your subconscious desires for balance and peace. We will briefly review experiences between this session and your last to ensure we are moving toward the growth you desire to see within yourself and your life.
Pregnancy brings many changes and emotions, and it is normal to feel overwhelmed during this time in your life. These sessions provide a calm, safe space to gently explore and release experiences new or from the past that are affecting you now. Through our work together with your subconscious, we will help you reduce and release anxiety, depression, fear, and overwhelm to replace it with the ability to foster peace, confidence and connection with yourself and with your baby and your journey ahead.
Becoming a new parent can be a joyful experience that changes life as you know it. For some, it can also bring up some feelings, behaviors and attitudes that challenge you and how you feel about your parenting. In our postpartum sessions you will enter a nurturing space of calm acceptance where we will explore your triggers, feelings, and symptoms, and together, with your subconscious you will build supportive, clear and calm methods that will allow you to internally nourish yourself while facing challenges in your daily life. This move toward healing and growth will help you create calmer, more meaningful connections with your child that can help them learn how to self regulate through emulation and trust. This creates a resilient connection between you for a loving, supportive relationship that grows with you and your child.
This session is offered in a “drop in” type of model. While it does require the FREE CONSULTATION, you will not have to take part in an initial session. The Decompress and Refresh session is helpful for those who are feeling a lot of stress and overwhelm due to the challenges of life but do not want to work on trauma processing or behavior/attitude adjustment. This session is designed to naturally enhance your serotonin levels, the brain’s “feel good” chemical by positive suggestions during deep relaxation to your subconscious. This helps to naturally lift your mood, reduce stress and promote a sense of calm and well-being allowing natural ability to balance emotions and cultivate peace from within.
